SITE & BUILDING

The plant site is about 80km from the Ahmedabad city, and located in the fully developed urban estate in Mehsana. The plant site is very scenic and has a large lake & garden on one side and residential bunglows. The environment is free from hazardous fumes or gases.

The factory building has superior quality construction with a total built up area of approx 1500 sq. mts. Total built up area is divided into various sections. The facility has been designed to ensure unidirectional material & personnel flow and separate quarantine areas for each stage of manufacturing, providing complete segregation. The processing areas are specially treated with epoxy resin material to make it totally joint fee, hard and impervious. There is adequate space for present operations and future growth.

EQUIPMENTS

The facility is provided with highly sophisticated, modern and high speed equipments, procured from leading machinery manufacturers. All machines are GMP models, with material of construction being Stainless Steel 316 grade.

The entire manufacturing and packing activities are carried out in a controlled environment. As per WHO guidelines, which ensures that products are in accordance with the internationals standards. All processing areas are equipped with Air Handlings Systems, with provisions for air-conditioning and dehumidification, as is required and necessary.
